I have had a fairly non-traditional career trajectory over the last 30 years working in the NHS, a user led voluntary organisation, academia and now independent practice. I love working across boundaries and am energised by personal growth and development. I undertook my PhD while working full time and understand the challenges of combining work, study and family life. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and focus my practice on supporting women in their personal development.
I offer coaching and mentorship on a 1:1 and group basis and in 2018 I will also be running on-line personal development courses. I coach women of all ages working in all kinds of different settings. My aim is to create a safe space in which women can get clear about the change they are wanting to make, the impact this will have on their life and how they can move forward. I also provide mentorship for healthcare professionals who are early career researchers. You can find out much more about me from my website so please do have a look.
