Coaching for Occupational Therapists

OTs come to coaching for a variety of reasons including:

  • a desire to reduce stress and increase happiness at work
  • start a new business or enterprise
  • improve performance or develop leadership skills
  • return to OT practice
  • transition planning including retirement, having a family or starting a new career
